5. THE COMPANIES, OFFICES, CITY AGRICULTURE ETC. ARE ALL LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE CITY
Separate business and industrial terrains outside of the city will be prohibited, apart from companies which could potentially be very dangerous, such as heavy and petrochemical industry. All other working areas and city functions will be situated in the heart of the city, under the squares, as shown on model picture 6 and pictures 2 and 2a. In this heart there is space for a city hall, police office, swimming pool, congress facility, a court hall, prison, hospital, sport hall and fire department, and as well for the necessary shops, offices, restaurants and bars with outside terraces, supermarkets, schools, hotels, ballrooms, churches, mosks, family doctors, garages, showrooms, post offices etc. etc. If these areas need daylight, this is made possible by creating glass walls around planned light shafts of 48x48 meters, or using squares (picture 2a). On the ground floor level there is 1km2 planned for intensified agriculture using daylight, led-light and drip irrigation, which will produce enough food to feed the entire city. Above that there is room for the parking garage and under that in the cellars space needs to be realized for the storage and purification of waste water, areas for household waste, waste burning, geothermal facilities, reserves of food and clean water for emergency use, freezers, water container to be used by the sprinkler installation. (100 areas of 80x80 meters). In the past the municipality had to buy plots in order to sell them later at a higher price to an interested party, now they only need to facilitate the concrete skeleton. In the past each company had to develop an expensive construction plan for themselves, now them can buy or rent part of the concrete skeleton from the municipality at about 700 Euros per square metre. The only thing the buyer or renter needs to worry about is to furnish the inside of the interior. Decay of the business and industrial parks is no longer possible.
